Seaweed Scorched Rice

Ingredients:
- 200g Jasmine Rice
- Seaweed
- Sesame seed
Instruction:
- Chop seaweed and put into rice, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top, then mix well.

- Spread a layer of the mixture on a nylon bag and squeeze it tightly.

- Air fryer drying, 160℃ within 5'.

- Then chop it into bite-size pieces.
- Deep-fry it on both sides.
- Served with chili sauce.
