Red Rice Kimbap


  • Red rice
  • Eggs
  • Seaweed
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Crab bar
  • Sausage


  1. Rinse rice 2 times to clean. Soak red rice 20-30' before cooking.

  2. Washed carrots and cucumbers, cut into strips.

  3. Cut sausages and crab sticks into strips

  4. Add the beaten egg and cook both sides well over medium heat. Place the egg omelette on a cutting board and cut it into long strips.

  5. Use a large piece of seaweed, spread 1 thin layer of red rice on. Now fill the seaweed with the filing ingredients. Roll it all together.

  6. Served with soy sauce and chili sauce.
