Red Rice Kimbap
Ingredients:
- Red rice
- Eggs
- Seaweed
- Carrots
- Cucumber
- Crab bar
- Sausage
Instruction:
- Rinse rice 2 times to clean. Soak red rice 20-30' before cooking.
- Washed carrots and cucumbers, cut into strips.
- Cut sausages and crab sticks into strips
- Add the beaten egg and cook both sides well over medium heat. Place the egg omelette on a cutting board and cut it into long strips.
- Use a large piece of seaweed, spread 1 thin layer of red rice on. Now fill the seaweed with the filing ingredients. Roll it all together.
- Served with soy sauce and chili sauce.
