In a specific product page, simply click on the 'Add to cart' button on our website to add the corresponding item to your virtual cart, you can edit the amount by adding the number in the quantity box.

There are a number of ways you can search for products:

1. By category. All the products we stock are grouped into categories. If you choose 'Browse Shop' at the top of the page, several new tabs will appear below it, each one representing a different group of products. If you hover over each new tab, you'll be able to see products grouped under that category. After clicking the category you're looking for, you can then use the 'Browse' box on the right-hand side to view specific aisles in that category.

2. Product search. You'll find a search box in the top right corner of the page (it's the one with the little magnifying glass symbol). So, if you're looking for a particular product, simply type the name of the item into the product search box and click on the red 'Search' button.

Due to widespread labor shortages and supply chain challenges, we apologize that some customers are currently encountering items that are out of stock. Businesses all throughout the nation are being impacted by these problems, so we are working hard to restore regular stock levels as soon as we can.

You can click on the 'Lifestyle' on the menu bar, making it even easier to browse for organic, vegetarian or 'free from' groceries.Most of our products also come with "back of pack" information, which gives you a little bit extra information about a certain product. Simply click on the product name or image in the aisle to access the product page and obtain this information. You can locate a special logo for a variety of lifestyle or health certifications on the product page; click on it to get a collection of its representations.

For even more convenience, you can select "Lifestyle" from the menu bar to explore for organic, vegetarian, or "free from" foods.

More information can be found on the government's food labeling pages. Not all products require a "use-by" or expiry date. To help us notify our supplier if your goods should have had a use-by date, please take a picture and email it to info@asianfoodsupply.dk.

Deliveries

Our delivery charges range from 0 DKK to 82 DKK depending on your order value and the weight of parcel.

After receiving your order confirmation mail, your parcel will be packed and deliveried within 2-5 business days.

The minimum spends for delivery is. An order which is over will be free from shipping.

ASF are now able to deliver within Denmark and German

Courier Service is provided by Postnord.

Prior to delivery, if we become aware of a delay, we will email you to let you know.

The courier will also attempt to keep you updated.If there are any problems, please contact our customer service staff by live chat or email at info.asianfoodsupply.dk, and they will try their best to assist you.

Payment & Charges

If your payment isn’t working when you check out, please check the following:

- Check your card is up to date, it may sound simple but the expiry date on your payment method must be valid after the day of your delivery.

- If the payment is failing before the payment provider verification screen, clearing your cookies will usually solve the issue.

- If the payment is failing after or during the provider verification screen, we recommend getting in contact with your bank.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro cards. You can also pay via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, and iDEAL

We will charge you for your order after you receive a confirmation email from us.

We calculate VAT based on the VATable products in your order, your delivery charge, and any money-off vouchers you might have used. Because we are shipping worldwide, the VAT also based on the location and country that you are in

Orders

When you have successfully completed an order, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order details.

Cannot see the email? You may need to double check your Junk folder. Some customers with their junk filters actively turned on may not receive confirmation emails.

You can also check the tracking link provided by us to you through email invoice after checking out order on our website.

Customers who have already received their confirmation email cannot change the content of their order.

However, you can contact our customer services, we will gladly edit your order as you wish, provided 6 hours has not passed since your confirmation.

Return & Refunds

Although it's always our goal to supply goods that our clients will adore, if you do need to return an item, we're pleased to assist you.

Please be sure you take a picture that clearly demonstrates the item you wish to return before emailing us directly with the picture attached. We'll walk you through the procedure from there. Or you can read more details on the Return and Refund Policy at here

Unless there's something wrong with the item, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund for any perishable items you change your mind about after your delivery.
