Thai Mango Sticky Rice


  • Glutinous rice
  • Coconut milk
  • Sugar
  • Cornstarch
  • Mango
  • Peanut
  • Sesame salt


  1. Soak the glutinous rice in water for 6 hours. 1 cup of rice - take 1.2 cups of water. Cook rice until ready
  2. Heat 200ml coconut milk, 100ml water and 3 tps sugar.
  3. Put a little cornstarch and stir well until bubbly, don't let it boil.
  4. Cut mangoes into bite-size pieces.
  5. Served glutinous rice with coconut milk, mango, peanut and a little sesame salt.
