Thai Mango Sticky Rice
Ingredients:
- Glutinous rice
- Coconut milk
- Sugar
- Cornstarch
- Mango
- Peanut
- Sesame salt
Instruction:
- Soak the glutinous rice in water for 6 hours. 1 cup of rice - take 1.2 cups of water. Cook rice until ready
- Heat 200ml coconut milk, 100ml water and 3 tps sugar.
- Put a little cornstarch and stir well until bubbly, don't let it boil.
- Cut mangoes into bite-size pieces.
- Served glutinous rice with coconut milk, mango, peanut and a little sesame salt.
