Rice Vermicelli With Canned Fish
Ingredients:
- Rice vermicelli
- Canned fish
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Cilantro
- Elsholtzia
Instruction:
- Put canned fish and some minced garlic in a sauté pan.
- Cut onions and tomatoes into slices, put into the pan and stir well.
- Add a little water, season to taste.
- Soak the rice vermicelli into water about 12-15'. Boil rice vermicelli from 7-10p, rinse with clean and cold water.
- Served with long sliced cucumber, cilantro and elsholtzia
