  • Organic fettucine
  • Shrimp
  • Heavy cream
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Simmer fettuccine for 6-8 minutes, then drain the pasta with cold water.

  2. Peel and devein shrimp.

  3. Heat 100ml heavy cream.
  4. Then add 25ml water, 3 tsp lemon juice, and a little salt. Cook into boil.

  5. Add shrimp, cook until sauce thickens.

  6. Pour sauce over prepared pasta, add pepper.
