Chicken Rice Curry Recipe


  • 100g jasmine rice. 
  • 200g chicken.
  • Broccoli, onion.
  • 40g Butter. 
  • Panko.
  • 1 egg.
  • 100ml Fresh mlik.
  • All-purpose flour.
  • 50ml Golden Lotus Curry paste.
  • 35g Dough.


  1. Wash broccoli and onions, then cut them into pieces.

  2. Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder and salt for 20 minutes.

  3. Mix 1 egg and 100ml fresh milk. Dip chicken in egg until coated, then dip in panko mixture, pressing chicken into the crumbs until fully coated.

  4. Using a non-stick pan, add oil and fried the chicken for 5 minutes on each side and remove the chicken.

  5. Add butter into hot pan. Then add 50ml Golden Lotus curry paste, 50ml water and 35g dough into hot butter.

  6. Add onion and broccoli and stir until cooked.

  7. Best served with rice while still hot.
