Rice Vermicelli With Canned Fish

Ingredients:

  • Rice vermicelli
  • Canned fish
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Elsholtzia

Instruction:

  1. Put canned fish and some minced garlic in a sauté pan.
  2. Cut onions and tomatoes into slices, put into the pan and stir well.
  3. Add a little water, season to taste.
  4. Soak the rice vermicelli into water about 12-15'. Boil rice vermicelli from 7-10p, rinse with clean and cold water.
  5. Served with long sliced cucumber, cilantro and elsholtzia
