These rice noodle products are produced from a combination of brown, red and black rice.
In order to keep all the natural and healthy qualities in terms of vitamins, minerals and cost fibres which have won rice its good reputation all over the world, we have given a special attention to all details around the rice production. The rice is produced without use of pesticides, herbicides or any other form of artificial growth.
During harvest, storing and after treatment the so called “Quick Straight Process” is applied without gassing to maintain the aroma of the delicate rice grains and especially to keep the entire nutritional values.
No colourings nor preservatives have been employed at any time of the production process. The rice has been naturally sun dried at low temperatures at hygienic HACCP-certified facilities and finally undergone a dry milling process.
The various rice noodle products are Non-GMO, vegan, kosher products and do not contain gluten, wheat, corn, soya, nuts, egg or any dairy products.
